“Fran, I was going to send you a message today. We were the only ones that we talked to that had a direct flight to San Diego. Everyone was surprised that it was done with no extra cost. We said “our travel agent did everything for us”. We were met by Crystal rep, and we were the only ones getting in so they placed us in a taxi and took care of cost and tip. It was only a 10 minute ride. We met our friends with no problem. They came on for several hours. We had several drinks and a nice lunch in the dining room. Our only cost was the $40 that they mentioned prior to the trip. It was great. Thank you – thank you. The weather and seas have been great!”
“We have had a perfectly wonderful cruise. The seas have been smooth as glass. Had dinner in the captain’s quarters, cocktails in the captain’s quarter, went in a dug-out canoe to an Indian village, wore $238,000 worth of jewels in a fashion show, have eaten and drank with the best and have been treated wonderfully. We have only 520 passengers out of 920 capacity. We have many wonderful lectures and shows because this is a film and theatre theme cruise. Thank you for making it happen.
If you want to be wined, dined, and treated to the best service possible, you need to be “Crystalized”. The staff on Crystal Cruises will never pass you without a greeting. Once they learn your name, you will always be addressed by that. Production shows are great.
Rooms are a generous size (even the closets). The great dinners are always paired with the appropriate wine selections. No need to worry, as it is all inclusive. Treat yourself and give Crystal a try.”
